Refund policy

• No Returns without a Receipt.
• No Returns after 30 days.
• Purchases made with a credit card must be refunded to the same credit or debit card (allow 3-7 business days to process)
• Purchases made with a RLH charge account will be refunded to the RLH account.
• Purchases made with check will be refunded after the check clears.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Any Special Order returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Exchanges may be made for any damaged or defective goods made in the appropriate time frame.
